Eleanors Lounge

A Long Island institution for over 27 years, Eleanor's Lounge is the kind of neighborhood spot where regulars pack the dance floor and first-timers quickly become familiar faces. The schedule rotates between live bands from the local scene, karaoke nights that draw serious singers, and themed events like '80s New Wave nights and rock and roll bingo. It's decidedly grown-up—think over-40 crowd who actually know the words to the songs—with a casual, friendly energy that makes it easy to strike up a conversation at the bar.
